I really want to hear more student voices. The three practices I want to work on are:
a. Reciprocal teaching as an Oral Participation Structure--I want students to hear each other explaining a strategy.
b. Student presentations that promote academic vocabulary. When students are explaining a problem, we will note any vocabulary words presented.
c. At least 1x a week, I will show previous exit tickets as exemplars. I want students to understand that I look at the tickets, and I note their level of understanding.
